Our story & purpose
Buildspace Projects grew from years of hands-on experience delivering loft conversions, extensions and refurbishments, shaped by our founder’s perspective as a building surveyor.
We know how many unfamiliar decisions a home project brings. We created Buildspace Projects to help families move through them with clear guidance at the right time, while giving the construction itself the attention it deserves.
Our purpose is to create beautiful, practical homes that improve everyday family life, perform as they should and are built to the right standard.

With 14+ years of construction experience and 400+ projects across his career, Audrius leads Buildspace Projects with a building surveyor’s attention to detail and clear, structured client communication.
Greta
Greta oversees daily administration, enquiries and communications, keeping Buildspace Projects running smoothly and providing a reliable, organised point of contact throughout each client’s build.
Rytis
With 10+ years of senior site experience, Rytis coordinates projects and quality control, providing an approachable link between clients and construction teams.
Victoria
Victoria organises project documentation, client selections and action items, keeping information up to date and clients informed as each stage moves forward.
